Returns & Exchange

Your 100% satisfaction is always the most important to us. So if you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will refund products (not shipping charges) within 30 days starting from the day you place the order. To get the refund, the products must be unworn, in new condition and within 30 days from the day you order. Credit for your return will be issued on the card used to pay for the goods. Because of credit card policies, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Contact us for a return instruction before you return. Clearance products are final sale so we do not accept returning products from that category.

If we send you the wrong products by mistake, we will exchange the correct one for free. If you change your mind for your decision on the order, we could do the exchange with your request with the extra shipping charge.
